Welcome

Shree Jalaram Bapa, lovingly known as Bapa, was a beacon of divine grace and humility, born on the auspicious day of 4th November 1799 (Samvat 1856) and living until 23rd February 1881 (Samvat 1937). Emerging from the sacred land of Gujarat, India, Bapa's life was a testament to unwavering devotion, compassion, and the boundless love of Lord Rama, his Iṣṭa-devatā, whose festival of Diwali heralded his birth.

Initially venerated primarily in Gujarat, the light of his teachings, miracles, and spiritual presence has since spread across the world, touching countless hearts wherever the Hindu community resides. Thursdays are dedicated to him, a day infused with his essence and blessings in Hinduism.

In the images that capture his holy presence, Jalaram Bapa is depicted in his characteristic simplicity—clad in white, holding a staff in his left hand and a Tulsi mala in his right. These simple garments are not just clothes but symbols of his purity, divinity, and steadfast commitment to the principles of love and service. His life was a radiant example of selfless devotion to humanity, transcending all boundaries of caste and creed, guiding us towards a higher path of righteousness and universal love.
